Dr. Wesley Carter is a leadership strategist, author, and organizational consultant focused on the intersection of leadership, technology, and family systems. After more than two decades leading innovation at Fortune 100 companies including IBM and Cisco, she brings doctoral-level rigor and real-world practitioner experience to one of the most urgent questions facing leaders today: how do we use AI responsibly at work and at home?
She holds a Doctorate in Management with a specialization in leadership and more than ten professional certifications across AI, technology, coaching, and organizational leadership. Through Carter Leadership Solutions, she designs professional development programs, leadership tools, and training that help educators, leaders, and organizations integrate artificial intelligence thoughtfully and responsibly. Her work strengthens leadership capacity by teaching practical frameworks that improve communication, critical thinking, and human-centered decision making in an increasingly AI-influenced world.
Her book, AI Powered Leadership for Modern Families, and her ABCD Framework™ serve as the foundation for training and professional development programs that reach childcare directors, family-serving organizations, corporate employers, and parents nationwide.
