Dr. Wesley Carter is a technologist, author, and leadership strategist who equips parents, educators, and organizations to operate with the same structure and precision as high performing companies. After more than two decades leading innovation at Fortune 100 including IBM and Cisco, she developed a practical AI driven leadership framework designed for the adults shaping the next generation.
Today, she trains leaders to use AI strategically instead of reactively so they can build capable, confident, future ready kids at scale.
She holds a Doctorate in Management with a specialization in leadership and more than ten professional certifications across AI, technology, coaching, and organizational leadership. A former parenting columnist and national voice on modern family systems, Dr. Carter has written extensively on technology, emotional intelligence, and performance driven leadership for the AI era. She has partnered with school districts and professional organizations to strengthen communication, decision making, and measurable learning outcomes.
Through her Kids by Carter platform and her book AI Powered Leadership for Modern Families, she delivers the ABCD Framework™, a structured leadership framework that equips parents, educators, and institutions to lead with clarity, confidence, and strategic use of AI.
